Let’s discuss your next project
I’m Alex. I have worked in communications, PR and marketing for over 20 years, with a particular focus in internal communications, change and transformation. Having worked with several global brands from Barclays to Johnson & Johnson, I’ve been privileged to work on projects which have revolutionised businesses and transformed ways of working for the better.
As an interim consultant, I step in quickly, build trust fast, and bring structure to complex change environments. I am comfortable operating at senior level while remaining hands-on, supporting both strategic decision-making and day-to-day delivery. My clients value my calm, pragmatic approach and my ability to bridge communications, change management and delivery teams.
Senior-Level Expertise in Complex Change
I work with financial services and professional services businesses, each with their own distinct culture and ways of working. I bring respectful understanding of the different values and visions of each organisation and a wealth of experience at managing relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
I’ve worked with senior leaders across various industries to scope, plan and deliver communications, helping change land and stick successfully. I’ve forged strong partnerships across businesses to understand strategic objectives, ensuring comms activities are aligned and support overarching goals. I’ve provided strategic counsel and advice on comms strategies, branding and events.
Through my years in the industry, I’ve seen the best ways to get challenging comms activities delivered with minimum friction and great outcomes.
